Municipal Buildings. Municipal buildings where the use conducted is customarily <br />considered to bc an office use. <br />Subd. 4. Conditional Uses. Within the '‘B-r' Retail Sales Business District no structure or <br />land shall be u.sed for one of the following uses except by conditional use permit: <br />A. Garages. For the servicing and repair of automobiles provided repair functions are <br />totally enclosed in a building. <br />B. Motor Fuel Stations. Subject to the provisions set forth in Section 10.61, <br />Subdivision 18. <br />C. Restaurants (Class I). Food is served to customer while seated at counter or <br />table. Cafeteria - Food is selected by a customer while going through a line and taken to a table for <br />consumption. Fast Food, Convenience, Drive-in, and Liquor Store <br />Restaurants.
