MN 55323-0066 <br />Re:Renckens Land Alteration <br />BRA File No. 139-2603 <br />Dear Paul: <br />We have reviewed the grading plan and accompanying letter for the proposed land alteration on the <br />Renckens property. The site is located at 3020 Watertown Road. We have the following comments <br />in regards to engineering matters. <br />The proposed grading plan appears acceptable. Based on the June 23, 2000 letter from <br />Steiner and Koppelman, all excavated material will be used on site. This will minimize <br />concerns of truck traffic and tracking soil on Watertown Road. <br />Plans should be submitted to the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District for their review and <br />approval.
