Access to the properties
has been in place for many years and continued by a licence agreement between the railroad and the
properties. Please refer to Exhibit F indicating the location of the railroad crossing and potentially
“landlocked” parcels. The railroad has indicated that their long range goal is to eliminate this
crossing for safety reasons. It is also an objective for MNDOT to eliminate direct driveway access
to Highway 12.
«2587 Robb R.
