b- <br />DEC 1 d 2000 <br />UU Y ur Uiiuwu <br />REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br />DATE: December 15,2000 <br />ITEM NO: / 3 <br />Department Approval:Administrator Reviewed:Agenda Section: <br />Name Ron Moorse h City Administrator's <br />Title City Administrator Report <br />Item Description: City Administrator Salary Adjustment <br />The City Council at its December 14,2000 work session conducted the annual City Administrator <br />performance review, and determined the annual City Administrator compensation adjustments as <br />follows: <br />Salary to be moved to Step IV of the year 2000 City Administrator salary <br />range effective September 9, 2000, and moved to Step IV of the year 2001 <br />City Administrator salary range effective 1/1/2001. <br />In addition, the transportation allowance is to be increased to $375.00 per month <br />effective 1/1/2001. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to approve the City Administrator’s salary adjustments as follows: <br />Salary to be moved to Step IV of the year 2000 City Administrator salary <br />range effective September 9, 2000, and moved to Step IV of the year 2001 <br />City Administrator salary range effective 1/1/2001. <br />In addition, the transportation allowance is to be increased to $375.00 per month <br />effective 1/1/2001. <br />J
