A RESOLUTION TO CLOSE THE <br />1982 G.O. IMPROVEMENT BONDS DEBT SERVICE FUND TO THE <br />WATER OPERATING AND SEWER OPERATING ENTERPRISE FUNDS <br />WHEREAS, the 1982 G.O. Improvement Bonds Debt Service Fund was established <br />to account for the payment of the said bonds principal, interest, and fiscal agent fees; and <br />WHEREAS, the final payment of bond principal and interest has been made, and the <br />equity remaining in the Fund is no longer required; and <br />WHEREAS, the City can designate the use of the remaining equity for any general <br />purpose. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the 1982 G.O. Improvement Bonds <br />Debt Service Fund be closed and that the remaining equity be transferred to the Water and <br />Sewer Operating Enterprise Funds and allocated as follows: <br />To the Water Operating Enterprise Fund - $22,500.00 <br />To the Sewer Operating Enterprise Fund - $74,107.31 <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a special meeting <br />held December 18,2000. <br />ATTEST: <br />Linda S.
