000 <br />tion: <br />ator’s <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PAY PLAN ADJUSTMENTS FOR <br />NON-UNION CITY EMPLOYEES FOR 2001 <br />Jnion City <br />)m $370.00 <br />and market <br />ictober 2000 <br />the first half <br />WHEREAS, the City Administrator is responsible for annually presenting a pay schedule <br />for City employees, with the exception of employees covered by collective ba’^gaining agreements: <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City Administrator has pres mted the City Council with said pay schedule <br />for calendar and budget year 2001, which pay schedule is attached hereto and hereby made a part of <br />this lesolution; and <br />WHEREAS, sufficient funds have been appropriated in the proposed 2001 Annual Budget <br />to fund the recommended pay schedule and such other matters of compensation as herein specified. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL\TED, by the Orono City Council as follows: <br />1. That the 2001 employee pay schedule; reflecting a 3.25% pay adjustment effective <br />1-1-2001, attached hereto and made a part thereof, is approved. <br />2.
