Wm <br />3. <br />4. <br />5. <br />6. <br />7. <br />W* V ' <br />8. <br />9. <br />Dedication to the City of a Conservation Easement over that portion of Lots 2 and 3 <br />below and east of the 1014 ’ contour. <br />Dedication of a 50' corridor as a public road to be known as Garden Court. <br />Dedication on the plat of drainage and utility easements over all detention areas and <br />drainageways within the plat providing for limitations on the use of these areas and <br />shown on the plat as “drainage” and “drainage and utility easement”. <br />Preliminary approval of a storm water management plan, and grading and erosion <br />control plan by the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District. <br />Execution of a Developer’s Agreement providing for the installation of <br />improvements required as a condition of subdivision approval, including roads <br />(Garden Lane and Garden Court), drainage and stormwater facilities, sanitary sewer, <br />landscaping and posting of security to ■'nsure that these required improvements are <br />completed to the City's satisfaction, the design of said improvements subject to <br />approval of the City Engineer and letter of credit subject to approval of the City <br />Attorney. <br />Execution of covenants establishing requirements for maintenance ot stormwater <br />facilities. <br />Payment to the City for the final plat review fee and fee for legal review and filing <br />of the plat, easements and covenants in the amount of $400.00. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Orono <br />hereby approves the plat of Wildhurst Woods, Hennepin County, Minnesota (Copy of Plat is <br />attached to this resolution as Exhibit A), subject to the following conditions: <br />1.Execution of a Developer’s Agreement incorporating the follow ing conditions of <br />elements; <br />a.Letter of Credit in the amount of $326.528 shall be submitted to the City of <br />Orono. The figure includes 150% of the total costs of improvements as <br />specified in the Developer’s Agreement. <br />Page 2 of 6
