The pond <br />would consist of appro.ximately 16,000 square feet of surface area, with the ma.\imum depth <br />being proposed at five feet. The proposed slope would be a 10; 1 ratio. The wetland would <br />become a w ildlife habitat pond w ith water and a nesting island in the middle. The fill w ill be used <br />to form berms on the left and right sides of the driveway along Watertown Road and a berm south <br />of the pond. <br />City Staff feels the excavation of the wetland %vill make it a T>pe 4 wetland, w ith the proposed <br />land alterations resulting in a positive improvement and provide a higher quality wetland for <br />PAGE 14 <br />M .......
