t.i <br />r K <br />7. <br />8. <br />9. <br />10. <br />12. <br />No park dedication fee is required in conjunction with this plat because no new <br />residential building sites are being created. <br />An easement for trail purposes along Spring Hill Road as outlined in the Trail <br />Agreement (Exhibit D of Resolution No. 3902) and as modified via the Trail <br />Easement Agreement approved by the City Council on June 28,1999 shall be greinted <br />to the City as a requirement of plat approval but shall not be required to appear on <br />this plat. <br />Prior to City release of the plat for filing, all requirements of the Trail Agreement <br />(Exhibit D of Resolution No. 3902) and all requirements of the Trail Easement <br />Agreement approved by the City Council on June 28,1999 shall be completed. <br />Prior to City release of the plat for filing, applicant shall provide evidence of fee <br />ownership of the property in a form acceptable to the City Attorney, shall provide <br />certified copies of all existing easements afiecting the property, and shall meet any <br />other title requirements as may be required by the City Attorney. <br />11.Applicant shall provide all documents noted in this resolution in a format acceptable <br />to the City Attorney prior to release of the plat for filing. <br />The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with either the Hennepin <br />County Recorder's Office or Registrar of Titles Office on or before June 11, 2001 <br />together with a certified original copy of this resolution and executed copies of the <br />easements, deeds and covenants noted above. <br />The approval granted by this resolution shall expire if the plat has not been filed by the date <br />specified above.
