5.Granting of an easement for trail purposes along Spring Hill Road. <br />6.Payment to the City for legal review and filing of the plat, easements and covenants <br />in the amount of $200.00. <br />■'>*. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Cit>- Council of the City of Orono <br />hereby approves the plat of Spring Hill Golf Club, Hennepin County, Minnesota, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1.That certain Flowage and Conservation Easement granted within tax parcel 26-118-23 <br />44 0003 and memorialized in the title of said propert>’ as DocumentNo.__________ <br />is hereby vacated. <br />2.Outlot A is platted as a separate parcel north of County Road 6, and may be <br />retained by the Club or may at the Club's discretion be sold to an adjoining <br />property owner for legal combination with the adjoining property, or may be <br />conveyed to the City. <br />3.Outlot B is platted as a separate parcel south of Spring Hill Road, and may be <br />retained by the Club or may at the Club's discretion be sold to an adjoining <br />property owner for legal combination with the adjoining property, or may be <br />conveyed to the City. <br />4.Flowage and Conservation Easements and Drainage Easements as appropriate shall <br />be granted over the wetlands, ponds, drainageways and stormwater facilities shown <br />on the plat, as required in Resolution No. 3902. <br />5. <br />f <br />No additional right-of-way for County Road 6 shall be required by the City, because <br />this plat creates no new building sites and creates no new needs for additional right- <br />of-way. <br />6.The completion of the platting process is subject to approval of the City of <br />Medina. <br />Page 2 of4 <br />----- <br />^t ,
