Under EQB guidelines, the City is designated as the appropriate <br />‘responsible governmental unit’ (RGU) to determine whether an EAW is required. The City <br />Council has 15 working days in which to make such a determination, but a decision can be made <br />sooner. The period can be extended an additional 15 working days if necessary.
