1 .Standard drainage and utility easements shall be dedicated on the final plat 10' along the westerly <br />exterior property line (a 5' easement exists per prior plat). Ten-foot drainage and utility easements <br />along the north, south and east boundaries shall be dedicated if they are not already in place per the <br />prior plat. A drainage and utility easement 5' either side of the boundary between Ouilot A and Lot <br />2 shall be granted.
