It was the <br />action of the Board to approve this application with the following conditions: <br />Reimbursement of Rule J fees in the amount of $242.50 <br />Reimbursemer.r of mailing costs in the amount of $16.67 <br />Submit a surety for wetland alteration in the amount of $5,100 <br />Submit a declaration for the preservation of the 35-foot and 16.5-foot buffers <br />which must be recorded <br />Due to the size and complexity of certain projects, the Board, by Rule J. requires that site <br />inspections be conducted. In these cases, the applicant is required to pay to the District, a <br />fee equal to the artual costs of analysis of the project, field inspection, engineering <br />services, legal services, and any subsequent monitoring of the work. Tliese costs are <br />referred to as Rule J fees. <br />Once the above mentioned fees have been paid and the other conditions have been met staff <br />will issue the permit. You are re.nunded tliat v/ork on the project cannot begin until the <br />permit has been issued. This permit expire.s one year from the date of this letter.
