They are as <br />follows: <br />ft <br />1.The Frank Dunbar proposal for a senior housing development. <br />a.Review of key issues related to the development application. <br />b.Review of the proposed Residential Planned Unit Development ordinance. <br />c.Review information and analysis regarding the use of tax increment <br />financing. <br />2.Review of outstanding issues related to the adoption of the City’s Surface Water <br />Management Plan. <br />a.Capital improvement plan. <br />b.Funding. <br />1)Trunk fee. <br />c.Language regarding the importance of the City’s low density development <br />philosophy to its goal of protecting the water quality of Lake Minnetonka. <br />3.Review of the City’s ordinance regarding Council/staff communication. <br />Staff suggests scheduling a work session for 7:30 a.m. on Thursday, November 30 to discuss issues <br />1 and 2, and scheduling a work session at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, November 27 to discuss item 3. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to select dates and times for upcoming Council work sessions.
