VOTE: Ayes 3, Nays 0. *(W3) RESIGNATION OF PART-TIME COMMUNITY SERVICE OFFICER Flint moved, Sansevere seconded, to accept the resignation of Bob Cooper from his position as part-time community service officer. VOTE: Ayes 3, Nays 0. (#24) HIRING OF PART-TIME COMMUNITY SERVICE OFHCER Flint moved, Sansevere seconded, to approve the hiring of Joseph Lee as a part-time Community Service Officer at a pay rate of SIO.OO per hour with no benefits or PERA membership based on the S5,100 maximum earnings stipulation, effective immediately. VOTE: Ayes 3, Nays 0. *(#25) APPOINTMENT OF DATA PRACTICES COMPLIANCE OFFICIAL - RESOLUTION NO. 4556 Flint moved, Sansevere seconded, to approve and adopt RESOLUTION NO. 4556, a Resolution Appointing Gary Cheswick, Police Chief, as the Data Practices Compliance Official for the City of Orono. VOTE: Ayes 3, Nays 0. *(#26) APPOINTMENT OF ADDITIONAL ELECTION JUDGES FOR THE NOVEMBER 7,2000 GENERAL ELECTION - RESOLUTION NO. 4557 Flint moved, Sansevere seconded, to approve and adopt RESOLUTION NO. 4557, a Resolution appointing election judges for the General Election to be held on Tuesday, November 7,2000.
