The application was approved <br />by a vote of 3 to 0. Council directed Staff to return with a resolution to be presented for adoption <br />by the City Council. Staff is recommending the Council adopt the resolution attached as Exhibit A. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />To adopt the resolution approving an after-the-fact variance for minimum setback from platted street <br />right-of-way for property located at 440 Big Island.
