The southeasterly boundary of Outlot A does not include the southerly end of the <br />ravine. The southeasterly boundary of Outlot A should be moved southerly to tie into the 1020 <br />contour along the west lot line of Lot 5 so that all of the ravine is included within Outlot A. <br />5.
