• k <br />Agreement No. V/-00-02 between the Board of Government Innovation and Cooperation and the <br />Cities of Long Lake and Orono <br />XI. ASSIGNMENT. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNITS shall neither assign nor transfer <br />any rights or obligations under this agreement. Any assignment or transfer of this agreement <br />by the LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNITS shall be void. <br />Xn. LIABILITY. The LOCAL GOVERNMEbTf UNITS agree to indemnify and save and hold <br />the State of Minnesota and its agents and employees harmless from any and all claims or <br />causes of action arising from the granting of a temporary, limited exemption from <br />enforcement of a state procedural law governing delivery of services in this agreement or <br />from the performance of this agreement by the LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNITS or the <br />LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT'S agents or employees.
