t ' <br />A RESOLUTION PROVI G THE <br />PLAT OFT AMARACK HILL <br />FILE NO. 2607 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br />under the laws of the State of Minnesota· and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision <br />regu ·�ns for e orderly, econom·c and safe developmen of land within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision of a <br />nvo (2) lot residential plat by John E. Vogt and Maureen C P. Vogt, husband and wife, and Michael <br />J.Hilbelink and Ann Hilbelink, bu band and wife (hereinafter "the subdividers 11 <br />)· and <br />WHEREAS, the subdivision ha been found to meet all standards of the RR-1B, 2 <br />Acr Single Family Rural Reside.ntial Zonin District finding that each lot is of a size and <br />configuration that would allow its use for a single fam · 1y re idence to be fully dev loped; and <br />WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed or has agreed to complete all requirements <br />of th platting regulations of the City ., i1 cluciing: <br />1.Completion of a the requirements of Resolution No. 4498 the resolution granti <br />prelim·nary approval of the subdivision. <br />2.D di tion on he p at of standard perimeter drainage and uf lity ease�n nts. <br />3.Outlot A is platted 50' wide to acconunoda ea road should on,.. hP. reQU!r�·d in the <br />future to provide access to additional lots without direct access to a road.
