4.Drainage easements a.-,e dedicat d on the final plat and conservation and flowage easements are granted for all City of Orono protected wetlands as identified on the Wetland Inventory Maps. 5.Covenants will be filed in the chain of title for each lot as an advisory to future property o ers that primary and s condary drainfield sites ex· st on the property and are protected. 6.A driveway maintenance agreement has b en created to, identify such maintenance of Outlot A. Lots and 2 shall both access Outlot A. 7.The westerly 33' lying within the Stubbs Bay Road orth right-of.way is d dicated on the plat to the public public right-of-way. 8.Payment to the City for the final plat r iew fee and fee for legal review and filing of the plat easements and covenant in the amount of $400.00. 9.Payment to the City for park ded· cation .e for the creation of one ( 1) n w lot in the amount of $4,900.
