The applicants have stated <br />they would agree to filing a covenant on the chain of title alerting future property owners a time limit <br />would restrict the length of time the building would be permitted to remain on the property once the <br />lots are no longer under common ownership. <br />Planning Commission Recommendation: <br />The Planning Commission voted 5 to 0 to recommend approval of the preliminary plat with the <br />understanding that the storage bam will be removed or a residence constructed on Lot 1 within 18 <br />months of recording of the final plat. <br />Staff Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends approval of the preliminary plat subject to the conditions of the attached <br />resolution. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion to adopt or amend to attached resolution.
