(.68 acre) <br />Application Summary:The applicants have a proposal to remove an existing house and <br />construct a new house on property located at 684 Tonkawa Road. The lot is located in the LR-IB <br />zoning district requiring a minimum lot size of one acre and a lot width at the lakeshore and structure <br />setback of 140'. They are requesting variances to permit new construction on an undersized lot (.68 <br />acre) having a lot width of 85'. <br />A second variance is requested to permit a 12' encroachment into the average lakeshore setback for <br />a portion of the new residence.
