Outlet Feasibility Study-Final Report <br />Our File No. 633-99-100 <br />Dear Glenda: <br />Please find enclosed 15 copies of the final report for the Mooney Lake Outlet Feasibility <br />-. Study. The recommended project is physically feasible. Cost estimates and <br />recommendations for financing/cost allocation are included in the report. Should the <br />Board authorize construction of the project, we estimate 5-8 months will be required to <br />design the project, secure easements, and complete construction. A decision regarding <br />operational responsibilities for the lift station will also be needed from the Board. <br />Wc would be pleased to discuss the report wth the Board or other interested parties.
