»• <br />I. <br />h <br />(• • <br />r <br />h' <br />7.Lots 1 and 2 shall both access Outlot A and be subject to a Driveway Mainteifence <br />Agreement to be recorded with the final plat. <br />8.The westerly 33' lying within the Stubbs Bay Road North right-of-way shall be dedicated on <br />the plat to the public as a public right-of-way. <br />The following list of final submittals must be submitted to the Zoning Administrator two <br />weeks prior to the regularly scheduled Council meeting on the second and fourth Mondays of the <br />month: <br />1.Record plat drawings in the form of two (2) mylar copies and one (1) copy reduced <br />to 1" = 200'. Drawing to include: <br />A.Lot lines platted per preliminary survey by Mark S. Gronberg dated 6-29-00. <br />B.Dedication of "drainage and utility easements" I O' wide along all perimeter <br />property lines and 5' each side of internal property lines. <br />C.Naming of plat. <br />2.Legal documents required: <br />A.Title opinion addressed to the City. All owners, mortgage holders or others <br />with property interest indicated therein shall sign the plat and all other <br />documents affected by such interest. <br />B.The applicant must provide certified copies of all recorded easements <br />currently affecting the property. <br />C.Dedication of "drainage and utility easements" 10' wide along all perimeter <br />property lines and 5' each side of internal property lines. <br />D.Conservation and flowage easements shall be granted for all City of Orono <br />protected wetlands as identified on the Wetland Inventory Maps. <br />Page 3 of 7 <br />I 11 IfII III!t n II —
