The proposal involves tearing down an existing dining room that currently does not
have a foundation under it. In the same location, construct a foundation and above it a dining room
and 3 season porch. The dining room will be in the same location and the 3 season porch is where
the deck is currently located. The addition will be slightly larger than what currently exists because
the walls tire bumped out to be in alignment with the existing residence. The residence was built in
1 963 and the section to be removed was added on in 1968, both before current zoning standards were
adopted.
