Storch expressed frustration over the fact that the gate to this private road, which is
supposed to be locked at 8:00 p.m.. was left open 30 percent of the time. Storch stated this
situation has only improved after numerous complaints to the City and to the Country Club,
Storch stated the proposed addition will only add to the use of this bam and increase traffic
levels on the private road, which will cause added traffic, noise, and safet\ concerns in their
neighborhood.
