Land Surveyors. <br />Dedication of "drainage and utility easements" 20' wide along the north <br />property lines, 1 O' along south and east exterior property lines and 5' each side <br />of internal property line. <br />C. Naming of plat. <br />2. Legal documents required: <br />A. Title opinion addressed to the City.
