— ir^ --------- <br />f <br />4. <br />5. <br />6. <br />7. <br />Drainage easements shall be dedicated on the final plat and conser\ation and ilowage <br />easements shall be granted for all City of Orono protected wetlands as identified on the <br />Wetland Inventory Maps. <br />Wetlands on the property, but not identified on the Wetland Inventory Maps by the City of <br />Orono, but which are protected under WCA methods shall be subject to a protective <br />covenant filed in the chain of title of the affected property, as an advisory to property owners <br />that the wetland is subject to WCA regulation and/or U.S. Army Corps of Engineers <br />jurisdiction. <br />Covenants shall be filed in the chain of title for each lot as an advisory to future property <br />owners that a primary and secondary drainfield sites exist on the property and are protected. <br />Lots 1 and 2 shall both access Outlot A and be subject to a Driveway Maintenance <br />Agreement to be recorded with the final plat. <br />W <br />Staff Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends approval of the preliminary plat ba.sed on the resolution attached. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />To adopt or amend the attached resolution.
