MINNESOTA 55391 <br />473-7333 <br />May 5,2000 <br />Description of Barn remodeling of kitchen, bathroom facilities and entrance to bam. <br />The following outline description of work of the proposed addition and remodeling <br />project to the Woodhill Barn. The proposed work is comprised of three basic <br />components; a new addition, remodeling the existing barn itself and site work around the <br />barn. The three components are as follows; <br />I.Approximately 1,000 square feet addition to the west side of existing barn to <br />include the following spaces: <br />Updated kitchen to meet local ordinances and codes. <br />b. <br />c. <br />d. <br />e. <br />Lockable storage area for furniture and equipment. <br />Men’s and women’s updated bathroom w/2 staffs and 2 lavatories each. <br />EntryAf'^estibule with direct accessible route to new bathrooms. <br />Coat room with facilities for adults and children. <br />New lockable cabinet for television. <br />g. New ventilation system for kitchen. <br />n. Remodeling of existing bam of approximately 2,100 square feet to include: <br />a. Exposed loft space @ south end of main floor. <br />b. New fireplace @ north end of main floor. <br />c. Replacement windows @ south elevation. <br />d.New floor surface and dance floor area. <br />e. Repaint interior and exterior of existing barn. <br />f New HVAC system. <br />g. Update electrical service to meet local ordinances and codes. <br />1
