I wanted to recognize an individual in the employ of the city of Orono <br />.whose name I believe is Scott O’Bragnon. A few weeks ago Scott went what I felt to be <br />way out of his way in helping me with some items at the annual Spring Cleanup. I had <br />some very heavy, unwieldy items that I needed help with, and Scott not only stepped up <br />readily, but also did so cheerfully. In this day and age when everyone bemoans the loss of <br />a customer and service orientation in all walks of life, I thought this was a remarkable <br />gesture and one worthy of a letter of praise.
