If the Council is confident in <br />the ability of PDI to conduct an effective search process, Council may want to direct the City <br />Administrator to finalize an agreement with PDI, and authorize the Mayor and City Administrator <br />to sign the agreement. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion regarding finalizing an agreement with PDI regarding a Police Chief search process, and <br />authorizing the Mayor and City Administrator to sign the agreement. <br />..-;T <br />J
