i <br />? - <br />AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT is entered into this 31st day of May, 1934 among <br />James F. Johnson, Paul Nutt, Joseph F. Fleischhacker, Thomas Casey, <br />David Cook and Richard Ogle, all of Hennepin County, -Minnesota. <br />WHEREAS, James F. Johnson is the owner of Lo-:s S and T, and <br />Paul Nutt is the owner of Lots 0, P, Q and R, and <br />Joseph F. Fleischhacker is the owner of Lots N and M, and <br />Thomos Casey is the owner of Lots K and L; <br />All of the above said lots are part of Registered Land Survey <br />No. 415 of Hennepin County, Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, David Cook is the owner of Lot E, and <br />Ric'-ard Ogle is the owner of Lots B and D in Registered Land Survey <br />No. 411 of Hennepin County, Minnesota; and <br />WHEPJEAS, th«» above listed Lots S, R, O, N, X and E are used for <br />boat docks and th : owners of said lots have easement rights over the <br />above listed Lots T, 0, P, M, L, D and B for the purposes of ingress <br />and egress to the said lots used for boat docks. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows; <br />1. That each of the above parties who are owners of the six lots <br />used for boat docks will contribute to the cost of a gate which can be <br />kept locked; said gate to be placed at the entrance to Lot B of Registered <br />Land Survey No. 411 and which will control the use of the easement that <br />the parties hereto'have for ingress and egress to the beat dock lots. <br />..... • • • <br />«r-
