The City does not intend to use the lane for any public purpose other than utility <br />and drainage. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the petition of Walfred <br />Propcmes is hereby granted by the Council of the City of Orono and that the unimproved lane <br />legally descnbed above is hereby vacated subject to the following condition: <br />A. The vacation will not be recorded without the underlying property owners <br />granting above mentioned drainage and utility easements.
