Render Development, Inc., has proposed a three lot Class III <br />Subdivision. The subdivision would involve four existing conforming lots being reduced to three <br />lots. On June 8, 1998 the City Council approved the Plat of Tonkawa Shores. Tonkawa Shores <br />created three .5 acre parcels to be ser\ed by a private Outlot, shown on the plat as Outlot A. Mr. <br />Render currently owns Lots 1,2 and 3 within the Plat of Tonkawa Shores. He has proposed a plat, <br />to be known as Tonkawa Shores 2nd Addition, which includes an existing lot located at 3430 North <br />Shore Drive. Access to all lots in the Subdivision are required to use the Outlot.
