- 4 - <br />Municipal Housing and Redevelopment Laws of Minnesota applicable thereto. The selection <br />and compensation of such personnel (including the Executive Director) shall be determined by <br />the Authority subject to the laws of the State of Minnesota. <br />ARTICLE IV – MEETINGS <br />Section 1. Annual Meeting. The annual meeting of the Authority shall be held on the <br />second Monday in January, 1992 at 8:00 o’clock P.M. at the regular meeting place of the <br />Authority. All future annual meetings will be held in February at the regular place of the <br />Authority. <br />Section 2. Regular Meeting. Regular meetings, to the extent they are held, shall be held <br />at a convenient time with proper notification. (amended May 29, 2007) <br />Section 3. Special Meetings. Special meetings of the Authority may be called by the <br />Chairman, or two members of the Authority for the purpose of transacting any business <br />designated in the call. The call for a special meeting may be delivered at any time prior to the <br />time of the proposed meeting to each member of the Authority or may be mailed to the business <br />or home address of each member of the Authority at least two (2) days prior to the date of such <br />special meeting. All appropriate news media offices must be contacted two (2) days prior to the <br />call of a special meeting. At such special meeting no business shall be considered other than as <br />designated in the call, but if all of the members of the Authority are present at a special meeting, <br />any and all business may be transacted as such special meeting. <br />Section 4. Quorum. The powers of the Authority shall be vested in the Commissioners <br />thereof in office from time to time. Three Commissioners shall constitute a quorum for the <br />purpose of conducting its business and exercising its powers and for all other purposes, but a <br />smaller number may adjourn from time to time until a quorum is obtained.
