This application is regarding variances to expand the existing home in a nonconforming <br />location. <br /> <br />2. MN§15.99 Application Deadline. The application was received on October 19, and considered to be <br />complete on October 27th. The 60-Day review period has been extended and expires on February 24, <br />2023. <br /> <br />3. Background/ Summary. At the January 9th meeting, the Council reviewed this application for <br />variances to construct additions to the existing home. Following their review, the Council voted 5 to 0 on <br />a motion to direct staff to draft a resolution for approval. <br /> <br />4. Staff Recommendation. Staff has drafted an approval resolution for Council’s consideration.
