<br /> <br />CITY OF ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 7335 <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING TRANFER OF PROPERTY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Lawrence E. Gleason and Rosemary C. Gleason, husband and wife, (“Owners”) <br />maintained a life estate interest in real property as described on the attached Exhibit A (“Property”); <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Owners’ life estate interest in the Property terminates when the Owners no <br />longer reside in the Home or on the Property, pursuant to the Life Estate Agreement between City <br />and Owners, dated June 14, 2016; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Owners wish to transfer the Property to the City of Orono (“City) by Quit <br />Claim Deed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to accept the transfer of Property. <br /> <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF ORONO, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The City Council hereby accepts the transfer by Owners of their interest in a life estate in <br />real property as described on the attached Exhibit A. <br /> <br />2.
