The purpose of this action item is to gain approval to accept a transfer of property to the <br />City. <br /> <br />2. Background. The City purchased the property located at 140 Hackberry Hill in June of 2016. As <br />part of the purchase, the City entered into a Life Estate Agreement with Lawrence and Rosemary <br />Gleason. The Gleason family has recently vacated the residence and is ready to transfer the Property to <br />the City. Once acquired, the property will become a part of the Hackberry Park. <br /> <br />3.
