ORDINANCE NO. 2nd Series <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORONO SECTION 2.52, SUBDIVISION 1, <br />CHANGING THE MEMBERSHIP OP THE PARK COMMISSION FROM <br />EIGHT TO SEVEN MEMBERS <br />THE ORONO CITY COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS: <br />Section 1.Orono Municipal Code, Section 2.52, Subdivision 1 <br />is amended to read as follows: <br />Establishment and Composition. A Park Ccnuinssion <br />composed of seven members as of the rottnd of <br />appointments made by Council after January 1, 1993 <br />who shall serve staggered three-year terms, is <br />hereby established. The Publxc Works Dxrector and <br />one Council member shall be mer^oers of the <br />Commission ex officio and without vote and are xn <br />addition to the seven member Commission. <br />Section 2.
