Mr. Thomas was appointed to the <br />MCWD Board in March of 1999. Prior to his appointment, he had met with the Council, and <br />Council had provided him with a letter of support for his appointment. A copy of the minutes of that <br />meeting is attached. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to authorize the City Administrator to prepare a letter of support for the reappointment of <br />Scott Thomas to the Board of Managers of the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District.
