Ordinance Amended. Ordinance No. 194, 2nd Series entitled "An Ordinance <br />Adopting the 2000 Fee Schedule" is hereby amended to revise the water and sewer connection <br />charges related to the 1989 Highway 12 Water and Sewer Improvement Project. The amendment <br />changes the connection charges from per-unit charges to per-acre charges.
