The City’s <br />position is that the dock lot owners will need to cooperatively work together to find a solution to this <br />problem. <br />Several of the lots have existing CUP’s and some of the lots still need to obtain CUP’s . Your <br />existing CUP will need to be amended to formalize any agreements on access and parking for these <br />dock lots. Any driveway construction will require a land alteration permit and a variance for <br />hardcover in the 0-75 foot setback zone fi*om Lake Mirmetonka. <br />Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
