* <br />f <br />1 <br />Pap,c 2 <br />MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE PLANNING CO:niSSION, JULY 15, 1968 <br />LOT SIZE VARIANCE <br />Mr7'A'"^L, Addison asked permission to use <br />Lots 12 8 13, Block 5, Bayside Addition <br />as a building lot. Mr. Addison also owns <br />Lots 667, Block 5. Lots 12 6 13 have <br />only 15.000 square feet. <br />Dongoske moved, McCarthy seconded, that <br />Lots 12-13-6-7, Block 5 be combined to <br />make the building lot. Motion, Ayes (4) <br />Nays (0). <br />SUBDIVISION <br />McCarthy moved, Dongoske seconded, that the <br />rearrangement of Lots 10-11-1.1, Block 5, <br />Crystal Bay View be allowed, following the <br />Village Engineer's recommendation for <br />sewer assessment for the property. Motion, <br />Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br />SUBDIVISION <br />Dongoske moved, McCarthy seconded, that the <br />division of Parcel 4200, Section 17, by <br />Gust ^!attson, into 3 parcels, be approved. <br />Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br />DIVISION <br />NiclolIs moved, McCarthy seconded, that the <br />division of Lots 20-21-22, Parcel 2410, <br />Wallace's Addition to Minnetonka Beach, into <br />2 parcels, be allowed.
