Everett Geyen represented the G. 8 S. <br />Cabinet Shop in showing plans for expansion <br />for his business at 3599 Shoreline Drive. <br />Members recommended approval of the usage <br />of Lots 11-12, Block 7. Navarre, presently <br />in a R-ID zone, as a parking lot under a <br />granted variance in lieu of rezoning as <br />requested, ftembers also recommended approval <br />of the dxpansion of his building to adjacent <br />Lot 15, Block 7, Navarre Heights, provided <br />the usage was a permitted commercial use and <br />not expansion of the cabinet shop which <br />requires an "I” zoning. <br />REZONING <br />3599 Shoreline Drive <br />^11 <br />Members recommended disapproval of the permit <br />application of Zak's Resort, 3995 North Shore <br />Drive, for the restoration of a building <br />partially wrecked, due to the fact the <br />building did not meet the setback requirements. <br />Members approved the variance for John <br />Gunarsrud, 465 Park Lane, in lot size and <br />frontage requirements, so that the lot can <br />be built on when Lots I 8 2, Block 5, <br />Minnetonka Summit Park nre combined f <br />building lot, with the provision that »*unicipal <br />sewer be hooked on to when provided. <br />Members recommended approvol of the garage <br />setback variance from 35* to 21* in front <br />and from 10* to 3* on the side for Roger <br />Mattson, 1074 Loma Linda Avenue. <br />ZAK*S RESORT <br />3995 North Shore Drive <br />BIIILDABILITY OF LOT <br />465 Park Lane <br />VARIANCE <br />1074 Loma Linda Avenue
