MINUTES OF A REGUUR MEETING HELD MAY 19, 1969 <br />Herman Renner has asked for a variance for <br />a garage sideyard setback from the required <br />10’ to 5’ at 3180 North Shore Drive, part of <br />Lot 5, Block 2, Crystal Bay Park. <br />Russell moved, Nicholls seconded, that the <br />variance be allowed, with the provision <br />that the garage is not placed on placted <br />View Avenue, since this could be a sewer <br />easement at a later date. »’otion, Ayes (5) « <br />Nays (0). <br />Page 2 <br />VARIANCE <br />3180 North Shore Drive <br />Robert Armstrong presented a new plat <br />for the division of his property at 235 <br />North Arm Lane. He explained the new <br />changes, showed contours and grades, and <br />his efforts to conform with the Villapc <br />Engineer's recommendations for this <br />division. It was decided that a meeting <br />be held with the members and Mr. Armstrong <br />at the site at 9:00 A.M., Sunday, May 25, <br />1969. <br />DIVISION <br />235 North Arm Lane <br />James Dargovel is requesting permisrion <br />I to rearrange Lots 151-152-153-157-ir8- <br />171-177, Parcels 400-800-1200-2800-3200- <br />8400-8800, Winship’s Sub.
