r <br />VILLAGE OF -ORONO <br />Regular Meeting of the Planning Commission, <br />May 19, 1969 <br />The Planning Commission met on the above <br />date with the following members present: <br />Chairman Russell, Nichblls, O’Malley, <br />Bartig, and McCarthy, Absent: Uongosko. <br />Lawrence Fvrquist, 3895 North Shore Drive, <br />Section 1 Parcel 3800-4010, presented <br />his case, asking for usage of 20’ of <br />adjacent property at 3885 North Shore Drive, <br />Section 17, Parcel 4020, to stockpile <br />his concrete products to better balance <br />his output. <br />Russell moved, Nicholls seconded, that there <br />be a public hearing on this usage in as <br />far as Mr. Berquist is a non-conforming use; <br />also, that the house at 38SS North Shore <br />Drive be removed and the entire property <br />.be devoted to this usage in the event <br />rpermission is granted. >fotion. Ayes (5) - <br />Nays (0), <br />No action was taken on the Dr. Gordon <br />division as there was no representation and <br />status was the same as the last reviewing. <br />Russell moved, McCarthy seconded, that <br />C. Wesley Beckett, owner of Lot 4, Loma <br />Linda, Parcel 800, 1050 Loma Linda Avenue, <br />be given permission to dispose of his lot <br />as a buildable lot with the provision <br />that sewer hookup be made when available. <br />Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br />David Dillman is requesting permission <br />*10 move a house in on Lot 1, Johnson’s <br />.Rearrangement of Albees. Messrs. Eklund <br />and Olen, who own nearby property, presented <br />their aversions to moving the house in, <br />principally, that the lot was not suitable <br />.to build on. <br />Nicholls moved, McCarthy seconded, that the <br />move be allowed provided the Village <br />Engineer determines whether an adequate <br />septic system could be installed.
