Bank <br />Building, representing the Woodrill Conference <br />Center, explained there was no provision whatso­ <br />ever in cur zoning code for this typo of usage, <br />and the best legal method to provide for this <br />usage in our Ordinances was by amending the Ordinance <br />to make it a permitted use rather than a conditional. <br />Brought out in the discussion was that the land to <br />be included in the new zoning was 61 acres, that any <br />change in future usage would revert the property <br />back to R 1 A, that any additions to the property <br />woiAld have to bo rezoned from R 1 A to R 1 A 1 .
