Looking at the plat nap. it <br />was apparent that this division was <br />couparable with neighborhood planning. <br />Since the prcliainary plat was sketchy <br />by Mr, Abrahanson*s own admission, nenbers <br />unaninously agreed they would look favorably <br />on a aoro detailed plat which Mr. Abrahanson <br />would bring in on a later date. <br />Mr. Graber and Mr. Swodlimd were present <br />in an application for a lot site variance. <br />21r. Swedlund gave a short history of tho <br />I lot saying hu had sold it thinkin<r that <br />'action had boon taken to get a pomit to <br />build on it as Mr, Graber had blue prints <br />for the house that ho had intended to place <br />on it which was verified by Poisson. Mr. <br />Swedlund stated that there was anplc roon <br />on both sides as one house was about IS* <br />frou the line and one about 25*. <br />Poisson moved, Gasch seconded, that the <br />lot site variance be approved. Since there was no firo <br />hazard, there was a need for the addition, <br />architecturally this was the ideal spot <br />and Mr. Oskey's daughter owned tho adjacent <br />property. <br />Russell moved, Dongoskc seconded, that tho <br />rarianco be approved.
