MimiTBS OF A REGULAR MEETING HELD OCTOBER 19, 1979 <br />fonricing tho lubdivision. It wss pointed <br />out that it was considered a private driveway <br />and since ho was separated Iron other <br />property that would need a street by tho <br />railroad track and tho Ilill-O-^ay devolopncnt, <br />thero would novor bo a need for a public <br />street, Gascli asked about tho contour of <br />tho property and if there was any low land. <br />Mr. Abrahanson replied the land was flat <br />and had one low spot but it was not swaup* <br />Dorn noted that one lot was extra largo, <br />leaving so«e lots a bit smaller than the <br />necessary ono acre, oven if the property <br />as a whole was seven and one-half acres <br />for six lots. Looking at the plat nap. it <br />was apparent that this division was <br />couparable with neighborhood planning. <br />Since the prcliainary plat was sketchy <br />by Mr, Abrahanson*s own admission, nenbers <br />unaninously agreed they would look favorably <br />on a aoro detailed plat which Mr. Abrahanson <br />would bring in on a later date. <br />Mr. Graber and Mr. Swodlimd were present <br />in an application for a lot site variance. <br />21r. Swedlund gave a short history of tho <br />I lot saying hu had sold it thinkin<r that <br />'action had boon taken to get a pomit to <br />build on it as Mr, Graber had blue prints <br />for the house that ho had intended to place <br />on it which was verified by Poisson. Mr. <br />Swedlund stated that there was anplc roon <br />on both sides as one house was about IS* <br />frou the line and one about 25*. <br />Poisson moved, Gasch seconded, that the <br />lot site variance be approved. Motion, <br />Ayes (6) - Nays (0), <br />Page 2 <br />DIVISION <br />22S North Fermdalo Road <br />DUILDABLE LOT <br />llflO Lona Linda Avenue <br />Jlarvin Oskoy and Howard Johnson were <br />present in an application to continue a <br />non-conforming use of a house S' from <br />tho property lino in an addition at 1740 <br />Concordia Street. Since there was no firo <br />hazard, there was a need for the addition, <br />architecturally this was the ideal spot <br />and Mr. Oskey's daughter owned tho adjacent <br />property. <br />Russell moved, Dongoskc seconded, that tho <br />rarianco be approved.
