VI LUGE OF OROMO <br />Rsguiar ileotiiiR of the Plnnninf; Comission, <br />October 19, 1970 <br />The Planning Coimission net on the above <br /><tatc with the following nembers present: <br />Chairaan Russell, Dorn, Gasch, Kullbcrg, <br />and Poisson, Absent: Bartig, Elliott, <br />Micholls, O'Ttallcy, and Sciiocning. <br />Oongoskc arrived at 8:00 P.M. <br />The public hearing was opened for the rozoning <br />of the property known as the Hoiter property, <br />2765*2785 Mayzata Boulevard, Parcels 3645- <br />3600*3680, Section 33. ir. Sween from the <br />Eberhardt Company, Ir. Buschbum from Van <br />Dale, and Clyde and Anna lloltcr tvere present <br />at the hearing. :ir. Buscabun spoke on the <br />history of his company and the need for <br />having future expansion space. Kullberg said <br />he had long been in favor of this area being <br />'*!*' zoning. Russell stated that the property <br />lends itself to this type of zoning also <br />stating some caution would have to bo taken <br />duo to the school location. <br />Kullberg moved, Dorn seconded, that the <br />Planning Commission recommend that rozoning <br />be approved. Notion, Ayes (S) • Nays (0). <br />Robert Smith represented himself in an <br />application for a division of his property <br />at 3095-3105 Casco Circle, Lots 51-52-53- <br />54-part of 58, Spring Park, Parcel 2200. <br />It was brought out that the property had <br />no street frontage except the 30' easement. <br />‘Ir. Smith brought out it was now serving <br />two residences on one parcel and the only <br />future use would be two residences on two <br />parcels, adding there would bo much better <br />improvement of the property if he could <br />divide, as ho had a buyer for tlic second <br />parcel that intended to extensively improve <br />the property. It was then brought out that <br />the lot width at the building tnc would be <br />85' and 75' respectively. <br />Poisson moved, Kullberg seconded, that the <br />division be approved. ‘lotion. Ayes (5) - <br />Nays (0). <br />'Raymond Abrahamson renresented himself <br />in a request for a division of his property <br />at 225 North Ferndalc Road, Parcels 205-3500, <br />Section 36.
