A recommendation of approval shall include conditions that would <br />protect the surrounding properties and uses from the activities that would be related to <br />outside storage. <br />1.Activity related to outside storage shall be limited to the hours specified by Western <br />Steel Erection, Inc. as their regular business hours. <br />2.All parking related to the operation of the business shall be limited to the areas <br />designated on the plan and approved by the City of Orono. Parking areas are <br />required to be a hard, all-weather, durable, dust-free surface material. <br />3. Light sources must not be visible beyond the property boundries. <br />4.Conditions shall be placed on the limits of activity that occurs during non-business <br />hours, including deliveries, transporting materials on site and parking of business <br />related vehicles. <br />S. Screening and fencing site review. <br />6. All noise generated by the operation of the business shall not exceed the allowed <br />noise levels as set by the City of Orono Noise Ordinance. <br />7.Any other conditions as the Planning Commission feels necessary to protect the <br />public safety and health from noise, smoke, toxic or noxious matter, odors, vibration <br />and glare. <br />Recommend denial, stating reasons. <br />Table. If the application is tabled the applicant shall be requested to sign an extension or <br />waive the 60 day application deadline. The City of Orono has until October 19, 2001 to <br />decide on this application. The City does have the right to extend this deadline an additional <br />60 days if more information is required for the application review. <br />D.
